The silly pop-rap of Marky Mark & the Funky Bunch's "Good Vibrations," the clunky reggae of Inner Circle's "Bad Boys," the limp romanticism of the Cover Girls ("Wishing on a Star") and Tommy Page ("I'll Be Your Everything"), the smooth pop of Wilson Phillips ("You're in Love") and the bland pop/rock of Lou Gramm ("Just Between You and Me") certainly don't do anything to dispel that notion. The only songs that could be considered classics of the era are Right Said Fred's so-dumb-it's-not-novelty hit "I'm Too Sexy" and k.d. lang's aching "Constant Craving."
