I started writing poetry at the age of seventy-five. I was diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer, and had to retire; this book is the result. The only poetry I have ever been exposed to was that taught in 1946, Junior English Composition. Poetry seems to come natural as I write. My poems are random, mostly past memories come to life.
