SIGNED by artist Lynd Ward, Anthony Hecht, the translator, and Arthur Wilson who wrote the introduction. Hand-printed by Michael McCurdy and Evelyn Clarke with Ward's engravings struck from the blocks. There were also 100 deluxe copies and 200 trade copies. Prospectus laid in.
