Difficulties encountered in learning chemistry content are part of the daily lives of many students, especially from public schools, where the available teaching resources are often limited. In view of this, this work aims to use playful activities as a tool for learning the periodic table (TP), in the 3rd year of high school at the state school Ant???nio Francisco, located in the municipality of Felipe Guerra, RN. For this, the students used the Quis app of the Periodic Table, on the smartphone, together with the interactive Google table available on their website, where they explored the different levels of teaching of the same. After three classes of contact with the application, the students were subjected to some questions about the tool used. Of a total of 30 (thirty) students, 87% (eighty-seven percent) reported that the use of the application facilitated learning and knowledge about TP, demonstrating that the use of playful activities through digital tools can complement traditional teaching in order to add knowledge to students and improve the assimilation of the contents taught in class.
