Katrin has covered in great detail many techniques to restore, improve and enhance photographic images. The descriptions are accompanied by lots of screen shots and examplea. Her Web Site also contains further pictures for downloading to work along with the examples. The final section of her book covering fashion and glamour techniques is superb and reveal many of the trade secrets which are currently employed by professional retouchers. She has also generously included many examples of techniques from readers and colleagues. A wonderful book for the serious photo restorer ,
