This book is a required book for the Physician Assistant program Pharmacology class. It is easily to read and not intimidating. Pharmacology is a rapidly changing subject so there are a couple things that may not hold true but your proff should tell you what is the latest information (2nd Ed. book is too old, 2004). Ex: Book says that angiotension II receptor blockers (ARB) do not cause a cough. Proff says that the insert of an ARB does say that an adverse drug reaction can be a slight cough. Dosaging can very but overall information is consistant.
