Portanto, a publica??????o desta edi??????o em l???ngua portuguesa ??? mais do que oportuna.Pequenos Estados s???o mais eficientes ao lidar com problemas em geral; e no tratamento de epidemias tamb???m. Eles podem reagir mais rapidamente e de forma mais flex???vel. Num mundo descentralizado, h??? concorr???ncia; novas terapias podem ser experimentadas e novos medicamentos desenvolvidos. Os erros que os grandes Estados cometem em uma epidemia s???o literalmente mortais. Por exemplo, na Espanha, o governo central recomendou que a popula??????o participasse de uma manifesta??????o no dia 8 de mar???o contra uma suposta ideologia machista ou patriarcal. Mais de 120 mil cidad???os seguiram o conselho marchando lado a lado. No dia seguinte, a taxa de infec??????o pelo coronav???rus decolou, levando ??? infec??????o e ??? morte de milhares de espanh???is. A m??? administra??????o do enorme setor de sa???de p???blica contribuiu para a cat???strofe.Em pequenas entidades pol???ticas, pode-se proteger de forma mais r???pida e eficiente.
