The book's format is conducive for learning: the left page is filled with texts which corresponds to the colored drawings on the left. Therefore one does not need to flip forwards and backwards. The techniques are written in clear conscise language that is easy to understand. Alternative techniques are also mentioned. The writers are world-experts in their field.
