The last nuclear weapon ever used on earth! He was also a psychotic alcoholic. So, I take my personal experiences when I was young; mostly bad, or full of fear and resentments, and teach you how you too can turn around anything that is bad or awful in your life and turn this into a positive self-acceptance of yourself. I guarantee you will actually learn how to love yourself and your life. What a journey! Lastly, I do not shy away from topics, such as Pornography (Chapter 9) or God (Chapter 29). As I wrote at the beginning of Chapter 9 on Pornography, there are some very salient points in that chapter. Therefore, try not to skip over it. A few years after I had left the Marine Corps, one of my friends who was still saw one of old Commanding Officers (CO') at the Officers club one night.
