review for a biography of versailles
i originally borrowed this book from the library for an art research project. i loved it so much i bought a copy through alibris. i would recommend this book to anyone, even just for casual reading. it has more information than i ever dreamed of about versailles. it includes everything from the gardens, to the entertainers and playwriters! an overall wonderful book with information on every aspect of this wonderful place.
