Very Good in Good jacket. Stated First Printing. Red cloth over gray boards, with spine titles in silver. Translated from the French by Jean Stewart. Note: Large rubber stamped notice from the management at the Mid-Term Motor Inn on K Street, Washington D.C. stating: "If you are unable to finish this book while you are here--take it with you and return it when you return." The same notice is stamped to the rear endpaper. Otherwise no marks to the book, margins to pages are toned. Some light soiling to cover, binding tight. In complete dust jacket with original price [$3.95] on inside flap. There is also a 49 cent stamp on the front inside flap. A few small chips to jacket, and some soiling to rear panel.
