In Paradigms of Meditation I have recorded my perspectives on a wide range of topics and present them here for the consideration of the reader. These paradigms are a reflection of my world view. Paradigms of Meditation was written over a period of many years. Some of it is about everyday things while some of it is in regard to spiritual or philosophical matters. In reading these words one may agree or disagree but in so doing discover their own paradigm. Take what seems valid and useful and leave what is not.
