One of my favorite amateur detective sleuths, their flirty, wry interplay is as much fun to read as the mysteries themselves. I've read many of Rozan's books in this series. This isn't one of her best but given that she's one of the top mystery writers today, one that's a little less, is still riveting. In this one, the New York City duo go to Clarksville, Mississippi to look for one of Chin's Chinese cousins and that world is captured. Fascinating.
