Looking up at the cliff I fell from in shock, my panic immediately turned to calm. I looked down at my arm and saw a huge hematoma and thought my arm was broken. I felt the top and sides of my head expecting to put my fingers through gaping cracks in my skull. Thankfully my head although bruised and bleeding, was not cracked open.
