The daughter of a Caribbean dictator discovers that true love knows no social standing after falling victim to a magical spell in Caddical Dreams director Matia Karrell's lively romantic comedy. Margarita (Charlotte Ayanna) is the daughter of a fifth generation Caribbean dictator.
