The book is excellent for small landlords--where you don't want to use an attorney. The older versions had more forms and the ORC. This one does not. Recommend you purchase one. The law doesn't change and the cites in most cases are not necessary. Would recommend the book. The older less expensive version is 99% the same as the 2007 version.Good investment for the price.
