Not that I do condemne the double knot, or judge amyss. of suche as, forced by neceslitie, cannot dispose of themselves to another lyse The following Letters I find in a MSS. intituled, A precious Token of her High ness's great Wit and marvelous Understandinge. // doth not seem improbable that Elizabeth' Ambition might, prompt her to emulate other Princes in the Gift of writing, dictating, and talking at the fame Time, as these Letters intimate she did, an different Subjects. At what Time this happened is not mentioned, nor does the Subject determine the Period but the Authenticity is scarce to be doubtid, the MSS. containing many Papers written in her Time, ..
