I initially purchased this to help me fall asleep as just reading the title makes me drowsy. I figured it would be cheaper in the long run versus buying sleeping pills so I gave it a shot. What a mistake that was. This is the most confusing pile of garbage I have ever seen. I feel like I could have given a toddler a sharpie and gotten something more tangible.
The fact that Michael G. Crandall felt confident to publish this piece of trash and then try and charge people money to undergo the painful experience of reading it is an absolute travesty. What a horrible man. This material is not even worthy to use as toilet paper.
Crandall, do us all a favor and remove yourself from existence and take your nonsense publications with you. The world will be a much better place. Thank you.
