No Work Garden Book
I thoroughly enjoy Ruth Stout's books. I don't really enjoy working in my garden, and Ruth's non-work methods are for me.
She gives easy instructions on mulching, planting, and how to enjoy the fruits of your non-labor.
Her books are written in a down to earth language and are enjoyable to read. The books are not boring to read, as she inserts comments that are quite comical.
I recommend all of her books. She has written a book about her mother and several other various books.
I have to admit I am very biased when writing about her or her books, as she is my great aunt. She is dearly missed, but thru her books, she lives on.
By following Ruth's methods, one will enjoy reaping a great harvest. Keep in mind, she was well into her 80's and produced a fine garden....
