This is especially true of books aimed at undergraduates. NGOs in International Politics surveys a range of NGO activities and relationships in a manner accessible to students in the classroom. Despite the gap in the textbook literature, non-governmental organizations are being taught in undergraduate courses, either in theoretical terms or as components of service learning. This book is designed to remedy the gap between interest in NGOs and accessible literature for use in the classroom.
