Seller's Description:
Very Good. Size: 11x8x1; Landmark Giant! Book is in Very Good Minus condition with a tight binding and clean crisp pages! There is no writing or marks in the book, but it may have come from a personal or church library. There are NO library markings inside the book, but there is a small one from the lower portion of the outside spine and it appears a sticker may have been removed from the last end page. Book also appears to have had a dust jacket at one time, as it shows wear inside the front and back cover where it appears the flaps of a dust jacket have been removed. There is also a small stamp of an "H" and some minor soiling in the top right hand corner area of the first blank end page. I believe the "H" is a marking from Random House. But again the inside text is crisp and clean and appears to have had little, if any, use. Large pictorial covers are nice with some minor corner wear. No Dust Jacket. Giant Landmark Book #19. These oversized books, written for upper elementary and above, are well-researched and written and are filled with artwork, including many primary source illustrations. Illustrated with drawings, prints, maps, and photographs. Large hardback book of 134 pages.
