Very Good. Wonderful water color illustrations! Book is in Very Good condition with a tight binding and mostly clean crisp pages with a few minor marks-this is minor. This in NOT an ex-school book and has no school markings or writing in the book-which is unusual. The top page ends show some soiling visible when the book is closed, but it does not effect any of the pages themselves. Outside pictorial covers show some minor soiling and some wear to the outside corners and edges. A nice book!
