Spock's Beard fans may be disappointed with this one. There are no intricate compositions laced with complex lyrics on this Neal Morse solo effort. Instead, Neal opts to deliver a mellow, almost punch-less, release. At times, on such tracks as "Living Out Loud," "Nowhere Fast," and "The Man Who Would Be King," the "Spock" in Neal shines through.
