This book caught my eye because I saw a feature of these people who live deep inside Africa who randomly decorate each other daily, not on a set schedule and not by specific guidelines. They just grab things around them and adorn each other. Somehow this fascinated me. I was amazed at the photos, which were quite extensive and excellent quality. I wish there had been more narrative about these two tribes, but the book is great for a discussion started on your coffee table. I bought it to "inspire myself" by looking at the way these tribal people dress, all the way down to adorning penises, for goodness sake! And the assymmetry also fascinated me. Very unique!
