Found out a lot of interesting things about Rue that I didn't know. She was more like "Blanche" in real life than I knew. Enjoyed the book.

Rue speaks like Blanche
I love all of the Golden Girls and want to know all I can about them. But Rue McClanahan
s death is what motivated me to read her autobiography. She speaks just like her character Blanche, spunky and to the point. That certainly livened up the reading. And there were so many things I learned about her: her many affairs, her devotion to her family and son and friends, her brushes with death early and later in life. I don't want to give away the entire book. Read it and see for yourself.
