Additionally, every weekend, usually on Saturday afternoon and evening, for 64 weeks, I mixed a different cocktail for my wife and me and, on a couple of (legal) occasions, visiting friends. This developed into my Lockdown Saturday Cocktail 'Hour'. This book documents these eighteen months illustrated with my cocktail photographs and recipes (some of which I developed myself and many of which will be new to the reader) and my rhymes.
