The performances featured in this film come directly from German archival broadcast masters of three separate tours Waters made over a decade, when he was still a powerful force in the urban blues sound. The audio and visual quality is excellent. Featured artists include many of the blues master's best loved sidemen: Pinetop Perkins, Little Walter, Otis Spann, Paul Oscher, and Jerry Portnoy.
