About the Illustrator Diego A. Diaz is an Artist and Illustrator graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. He has participated in different cultural spaces with art pieces in two and three dimensions, from academy to urban expressions Diego constantly keeps exploring new drawing methods. More than his expression through art, his goal is the reflection in the viewer about topics that concerns to us all. Through his job as an art teacher to students from elementary school to High school, he encourages creativity in each class. Diego's Sculpture, Ensue???o, was awarded first place in the Chia Cultural Contest 2018. "Ciudad Jaguar 2" got an honorable mention at the Fine Arts festival Bernardo Paramo 2017, Bogota Colombia. His project "Rio Frio" was awarded the first prize at the 2017 new artist at the fine Arts Chia Cultural. Mornin The Super Bird is his first collaboration on a children's book.
