Esta metodolog???a se valid??? en la desembocadura del r???o Le???n, ubicada en el Mar Caribe Colombiano. Comparando las simulaciones de un a???o de evoluci???n morfodin???mica del sistema con mediciones de campo realizadas en el mismo a???o, se observa que con la metodolog???a propuesta se pueden estimar con buena precisi???n las tasas de ingreso, salida y acumulaci???n de sedimentos a escala intra-anual en las diferentes zonas que componen la desembocadura.
