Light soil on cloth, corners rubbed, 1/4 inch nick on top edge of front board, a few approximately 1/8th inch nicks at head and foot of spine, dust darkening on top edge of textblock. Internally, previous owner's bookplate with another previous owner's signature, bit of tanning on two adjoining leaves from laid-in newspaper clipping, an approximately 1/4 inch deep light tan stain on top edges of last dozen or so leaves, otherwise tight, clean, relatively crisp and unmarked.
