Any one who wishes to get powder or ammunition for hunting purposes will have it by paying the current price for it, and the amount will be charged to his accoimt, and those who wish to indulge in this pleasure or sport must have their own guns, as they cannot use the guns of the army for this purpose. 26th. The ammunition and guns for the military service must be kept for this purpose as long as possible as these belong to the Royal Treasury, and when all these are used up, those of the reserved supply must be used in case it is necessary. As something must always be on hand for an unexpected occurrence, the ammunition must be kept in a very high and dry place, so the dampness will not injure the quality of the powder, and care must be taken that the oldest kind of powder is used first, keep the fresh on hand. 27th. A quantity of goods is sent of all kinds for those that will need them, and they can take their pay in goods, and they must understand that these goods are sold to them at the lowest prices, at which prices the goods have been bought here. 28th.
