Para preparar este tomo, el profesor Jaime Prieto no s???lo dio lectura a las fuentes disponibles, sino que recorri??? la mayor???a de los veintis???is pa???ses en los que viven actualmente los menonitas latinoamericanos y caribe???os. Gran parte de la historia que se encuentra en este tomo se basa en m???s de 350 entrevistas que realiz??? con individuos y grupos. El libro incluye muchas fotograf???as, y recuadros con anotaciones extra???das de la grabaci???n de esas entrevistas. La Colecci???n de Historia Menonita Mundial cuenta c???mo surgieron y arraigaron las iglesias menonitas y de los Hermanos en Cristo de todo el mundo. Cada tomo ha sido escrito por personas provenientes del continente en cuesti???n y refleja las experiencias, perspectivas e interpretaciones de las iglesias de esos pa???ses. Son en total cinco libros, que dan a conocer la historia de nuestras comunidades en ???frica, Asia, Am???rica Latina, Europa y Norteam???rica. Se centran especialmente en el siglo XX, aunque con los antecedentes que sean oportunos para cada continente.
