Meditation
If you like to meditate and if you like Bernie Siegels other books then this might be for you. I love it. After i have a horrible day, I usually take a hot shower and then lay in bed listening to it. It helps me sleep better. It?s a little long (30 Min) and you have to fast forward if you want to listen to the evening but it?s worth it and that?s the only disadvantage. I would recommended to people that like to unwind
