Logical arrangement, and the avoidance of unproven or unessential theories and obsolete, time-consuming or super uous methods. To the same end. The author hopes that he may have in some measure succeeded in meeting the exacting requirements of an undertaking, the difficulties of which are in inverse ratio to the size of the product.
