well, he sent me the wrong edition the first time. when i called him about it, he immediately sent out the correct edition but it was the instructors edition (which i overlooked). instead of sending it back again, i emailed my daughter's professor to see if this edition would be acceptable and he said it would. so all in all he was a perfect gentlemen, apologetic and efficient (even with the return) i also learned that checking with professors is a very good idea. and it could save you money. i would definitely use him again. things happen sometimes, but , he was right on top of it and very professional.
