A genuinely "Marvellous" little book
I bought this book many years (1980-something) ago in the UK and I still use it regularly. I have made over half of the recipes in the book and never once been disappointed. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes minced meats. My own particular favourites from this book are Vegetables in a Pork Case, the Blue Cheese Meat Loaf and the Lamb & Aubergine Dome - but there are many more really good recipes - none of the recipes are too complex and they come out really well.
