Project management rule, tools and techniques are applicable to the individual, family, and organizational levels. So, we can apply project management for ourselves and then to others but it needs clarification of key concepts of the subject. The contents include 'solved' case studies which differentiate the book from others that contain unresolved case studies. Thus, improves understanding of the subject and the ability of readers to absorb the material comfortably.
