Lewin's presentation is clear, well written and inviting. However, the book offers very little in the way of how to really integrate this principle into your life. Yes, a few simple suggestions and hints, but nothing as far as the details of the actual exercise program. Dardik keeps that for his wealthy clients. It was like going into a really nice restaurant, having a glass of wine and getting really excited about the menu options, then being told they have no food available today. If you're going to criticize what we do, then offer us a concrete alternative. Emily's Conrad's Life on Land does just that.
