Highly recomended book, is not an easy book but very profund spiritualy to study and integrate the concepts, very hulpful to practice the exercices for releasing patterns. waste of time
You really never have any idea what the author is talking about. It is so abstract with a lack of concrete examples. I only kept reading it as long as I did hoping at some point it would begin to make sense. It never did so I never finished reading it. My main experience was, "I have better things to do with my time". It is about some guy that is being told thru channelling that his energy is saving the planet. Thils is truly new age writing at its worse. I have been enjoying metaphysical for the past 37 years and this book ranks at the bottom of the pyle of literally thousands of books in this genre. My advice: find a different book.
