Publicity letter laid in from publisher Jonathan Williams, telling about publication, and possibly indicating that this is a copy sent to one of the many contributors to the book. The letter indicates the discrepancy between the dates on the book: the original printer disappeared and it took 32 months to complete the book. One of 1250 copies.
