It seems Sanders has exhausted the materials he can write about. The story line in this book is missing. The characters are not well-defined and therefore not memorable. All characters have unusual sexual preferences which are described at (boring) length. I used to enjoy Sanders' books, but Love Songs is a big disappointment.
