Great material
This book is more than helpful, but a person needs to be determined to make it work with God's help. It's not a 6 month journey to your goal, period....it's a total lifestyle change that is only for the good. I am a Weight Watcher "graduate" and have managed to maintain my goal weight for over 6 years now and the principles in this book have helped tremendously. I continue on this program and attend meetings to help and encourage those who are still working toward their goals.

I HAVE Recommended This Book...
This book and the companion workbook is a serious study in the reasons WHY we eat, and deals with the spritual, emotional, and physical needs we all have. Problems or traumas that have not been addressed or dealt with are a major cause of overeating. Stress eating is also a major contributor to excess weight. It has been said, "We cannot continue along the same path and expect a different destination". Change of lifestyle is imperitive if we wish to feel better, and look better. Also, a change of heart is called for, to fill the spritual, and emotional voids in our lives. Anyone who is SERIOUS about weight loss, will find these books fascinating, as well as motivational.
