Michener Special' issue of 'Firsts: Collecting Modern First Editions' (Volume Five, Number Four, April, 1995'), Literary Reflections: Michener on Michener, Hemingway, Capote and Others includes 'No statements of printings' to indicating a First Edition, but does not tell us if non-Firsts Do include such statements.
