Recently, someone asked me which cookbook to purchase for a vegetarian. I recommended Linda's Kitchen because it has always been my favorite, even though I have many, many cookbooks. Linda's Kitchen has some of the most wonderful, yet simple recipes that are also unique from standard American cooking. I have prepared her Spaghettini with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Eggplant and Chili for company. Her Noodle Bake recipe is a family favorite. When I need something super quick I serve Spaghetti with Olive Oil and Garlic. I have made this dish so many times that there is no need to look at the book. What I have found with this cookbook is that I can totally trust it. Every recipe will taste great and turn out well. I have also given this book as a gift. I highly recommend Linda's Kitchen!

Great book!
I love this book because all the recipes are very good, and even someone pressed for time (like I always am) can make most of these recipes in a flash. I first checked this out from the library, then purchased one for me, then two others for my aunt and my mother in law!
