I had read Connie Willis' short SF stories and the novel "Bellwether" and was hungry for more. Lincoln's Dreams did not disappoint. Ms. Willis writes characters you instantly know and care about. I was deeply involved and also learned more about the Civil War, always a bonus to learn while being entertained. Highly recommended!
