Wenn die Schadlichkeit zu wirken aufgehort hat, schwindet allmalig die Hyperamie, das serose Exsudat wird resorbirt und es tritt leichte Desquamation mit gewohnlich pigmentirten Schuppen ein. Heisses Wasser, gluhende Sonnenstrahlen sind es namentlich, welche diese Veranderungen hervorbringen. 2. Grad der Verbrennung--Dermatitis ambustionis bullosa.--Treffen Temperaturen von GO--80 H. (heisse Flussigkeiten, kurze Zeit einwirkende Flamme oder auch nur strahlende Warme) durch kurzere oder langere Zeit die Haut, so nimmt die Exsudatmenge zu, es wird die Epidermis sehr bald odor erst nach wenigen Stunden in Form von Blaschen oder Blasen emporgehoben, oder bei rascher Exsudation fortgerissen und das entzundete, durch punktformige Hamorrhagieu rothlich erscheinende Cutisgewebe wird blossgelegt, sondert anfangs eine dunne, serose Flussigkeit, bald betrachtliche Eitermengen ab, welche zu gruner, gelber oder bei Beimengung von Blut zu brauner oder schwarzer Kruste vertrocknen Je dicker die Epidermis ist, desto schwieriger kommt es zur Blasenbildung; an Stellen mit dunner Epidermis geht die Blasenbildung rasch (in ', --1 Stunde, aber auch 10--12 Stunden) vor sich; nach Berstung der Blasen lasst die schmerzhafte Spannung etwas nach; die abgehobene Epidermis...
