Con il precedente libro "Il tempio perduto degli Anunnaki", c'eravamo lasciati con un'ipotesi secondo la quale nei territori del versante meridionale dell'Etna gli antichi d???i/Anunnaki, guidati dal dio Adad alias Adran???s, divinit??? siciliana risalente al II millennio a.C., avevano realizzato delle strutture scientifiche, per analizzare e sondare il sottosuolo dell'intera area simetina (un termine utilizzato da alcuni cultori di storia patria locali, per identificare quella parte di territorio paternese, ricadente nella valle del Simeto e a ridosso del versante meridionale dell'Etna). Strutture che, a seguito di un'enorme esplosione del cono vulcanico, avvenuta intorno al V millennio a.C., furono trascinate nei fondali marini del Mediterraneo, di conseguenza ogni pi??? piccola traccia risalente al periodo precedente l'eruzione, ??? andata perduta per sempre. La cronologia degli eventi, tuttavia, ci porta a ricreare i fatti e le circostanze che fecero seguito subito dopo il Diluvio, cio??? quando gli d???i/Anunnaki ritornarono sulla Terra.
