Please also note that the publication date is also marked according the French Revolutionary Calendar (XI). Full calf leather witih stamped gilt borders, titling and decoration. The boards are scuffed, worn, rubbed, marked all about. They are yet gentle and pleasant. The contents have freckles of foxing here and there throughout. The pages (of rag paper) are thick, clean, clear, bold, certain, vintage, agreeable. fk.
