On her debut album La Pastorella, Nakajima's silvery and pure voice floats weightlessly and effortlessly through a mixed bag of obscure and semi-obscure repertoire, including pieces by Alessandro Scarlatti, Franz Schubert, Alfredo Catalani, and Franz Schubert.
