Good. Gilt embossed black cloth boards show a lot of wear, primarily along spine where two thirds of spine cloth is missing aht the rest is badly chipped and split. Front embossed gilt design is still quite bright. Soiling to endpapers and pastedowns. Foxing is present mostly around title page, majority of text shows some agetone around edges of pages, but else clean. One section of around 70 pages at center of book are unaccountably much more browned than the rest.; Text is in French. Tight binding. Interior is clean and unmarked. Large/heavy book: international buyers may be charged for additional shipping costs.; 4to 11"-13" tall; 372 pages.
